2017第十八届GOM中国区用户大会总结

KRAMSKI公司采用光学测量技术促进试模工序

ATOS Capsule系统为KRAMSKI集团的电子元件质量控制提供高精细节分辨率。 在技术要求极高的冲压件和注塑件的研发过程中,着重技术的KRAMSKI公司力于寻找除了逐点采集之外的其他三维成像技术。经过详尽的基准测试流程,他们最终选用GOM公司的光学测量系统,增加到原只有接触式测量的计量室,从而长远高效地处理各种复杂部件。 KRAMSKI公司特别看重ATOS Capsule系统的高精细节锐度和易用性,决定投资购买这一高精光学测量仪器。硬件和软件的专业一体化则是选择这一系统的另一个极具说服力的理由。配备探针,该系统还可用于测量难以测及的区域。 KRAMSKI公司主要将ATOS Capsule系统应用于试模工序。不但其测量速度更快、结果更清晰更全面,同时又减少了重复试验,从而节省大量时间。另外,应用各种软件功能,可检测各种特征和半径的形状和位置,检查电子元件插头内销钉的位置并对比模腔。
